Planned Amendment to the Articles of Association of the German-American clubs THE BRIDGE Gießen-Wetzlar from 3. April 2002 am 3. April 2019 in the Annual General Meeting due to the Privacy Regulation
- 9: Privacy Policy
- The association collects with the consent of its members whose personal data, processes them by electronic means and uses them to fulfill the tasks of the association.
The following data are - exclusively - stored and processed:
- a) Name, first given name, address
- b) Date of birth
- c) communications data (Phone, Telefax, cellular Line, E-mail address)
- d) Function in the club
- e) Time of entry to the club
- f) Ehrungen
Further data are not or only with explicit, raised additional consent of the person concerned.
- For the Fee Management is further the bank account of the person concerned (WERE GOING, BIC) saved.
- All personal data and bank details, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, protected from knowledge and access by third parties.
- For the purpose of distribution of the member magazine, GAZETTE 'to name, First name and address of the members of the, Association of German-American Clubs. 'Provided V..
- The association informs its members and the public on its website and through press releases on the protection of personal data of the Association.
